The Oneida, NY Wal Mart McDonald's
The carts do have to go somewhere, and McDonald's does try to provide a space for them. Still, this unruly band of carts are empty and abandoned. It all comes off looking trashy.

The carts would not be my immediate concern when trying not to look trashy - it is, after all, a Walmart with an internal McDonalds. I'm just saying.
